Here are top tips to make sure you’re looking your best when you hit the beach…  

 

  1. KICK IN WITH CARDIO

  1. WATCH YOUR CARBS

Too many refined carbohydrates (which can be found in white bread and white rice and other processed foods) promote water retention which can lead to bloating. Look to get your carb hit from fruit, vegetables and unprocessed grains instead which will all go some way to eliminate the risk.
